Quests/Grinding
Good day:
I'm currently level 10, and I need level 12 to move on in quests, I think. I've been all where I can go and I think I did all the quests I can do. Is there any good place to grind for a warrior? |

You're referring to the starting area in Nightfall (Istan) where you need either level x or sunspear rank y to continue, I assume. If this is the case, you're better off going for the SS rank. If you talk to the sunspear scouts at the resurrection shrines they'll give you a bounty that gives you SS points for killing certain monster types. Starting from the Sunspear Great Hall, picking up the nearby bounty, then heading south to kill the Ranger insects and then heading down into the river and heading up across the left of the map is a good path. Note: When you get powerful enough some scouts will not give you bounties.

I take it you're in Nightfall, in general, it is shorter (or easier at least) to raise your sunspear rank. I can,t remember any spot, but the strategy is to find an area you can clear easily with henchmen, grab the best hench you can, grab all the bounties you come across and clean the map from everything that moves.
Someone else might be able to give you a clearer route. For the best effect, try to avoid killing mobs for which you don't have bounty for. If you took the bounties whenever you could, you should be close to the required rank. Otherwise, look for them on the wiki. EDIT : Marty said it better than I. Ahhhh. I see. What's the maximum amount of bounties that I can have?

There's no maximum, they just go if you leave an area.

There isn't one. You can pick up whichever bounties are offered in the area (you lose them when you leave the zone, but can get them again provided your level is appropriate).

Alright! Thank you very much guys.
Edit: Is there some way of knowing if you killed everything of that bounty? Does a message come up? Last edited by Zyvehl; Jul 01, 2010 at 02:32 AM // 02:32.. |

No message appears. But when you don't see any around, just rezone and get the bounties again. Don't waste time searching.

I don't understand how you cannot find quests at this point. You obviously missed something. You might want to have a look on the wiki fot Istani quests (can't open the wiki from office, so no link, sorry).

^ I think the problem might have been that he never picked up the bounties before.
